Minimalistic contemporary approach towards modernism.
Six apartments with 4 double bedrooms and 2 triple bedrooms which was organized in such a way that it would get cross – ventilation and lighting for all the rooms.
The headroom reacts as a frontalism approach which would be the highlighted element and because of its individuality it would easily reach the person who is approaching new to the building.
The entrance is highlighted by using pergolas and cantilevered glass canopies.
3 options have been done for this apartment elevation.
The balcony has been used as an aesthetic element and a functional element.
And the compound wall has a creeper landscape which would encourage “GREEN ARCHITECTURE”.
