Currently designing several projects such as Residential Apartments, Schools, Factory Buildings, Commercial Buildings.

The Team
Ar Lokesh Mathivanan founder of Lokesh Associates since 2007, has been to reinvigorate the antiquated Tamil culture with a new dimension, sowing its ancient thematic and conceptual ideas in his buildings. The essence of which is a creation of works suitable for the present period by combining the ancient epics such as Silappathikaram, Manimegalai, Sivakasinthamani, Valayapathi, Kundalakesi, the Vedas and the ideas of the founding speed with the references of Mayamata Vastu Shastra.
His research focusses on the architectural nuances of temples - Sri Ranganathar Temple, Tanjore Peruvadiyar Temple and Meenakshi Amman Temple in Madurai which has been scientifically and cosmically adapted to the present day through which the concept of architecture and anthropology connects with the native. He has been awarded a gold medal in recognition of his research work by SRM University. At present our company provides all services right from Designing, Master planning, landscaping till execution of various typologies of residential, commercial, shopping malls, Institutional, industrial and manufacturing plants.

Having experience of about 8 years Completed B.arch from SRM University Kattankulathur and M.arch Housing Specialization from Hindustan University. Currently working and Ph.D at faculty of Architecture, Dr.MGR Educational & Research Institute , Chennai. My research focuses on the Study about Traditional Settlements along the River.
Having graduated B.arch from SRM university Kattankulathur,My area of interest is to provide Housing that not only stands as a symbol of Wealth but to be a space that is functional and Lively,Experiencing a lot of emotions,at an affordable cost suitable to our culture and environament A building can be constructed with the available materials but for it to speak volumes lies in the hands of a skilled architect.
Having graduated B.arch from B.S Abdur Rahman university .A strong believer in the Ability of the architecture and research Combined with design thinking for Strengthening our societies and having a Positive effect on the world.only together Can we build a better future. therefore My communication and team – working Skills.
Having graduated B.arch from Excel College of Architecture and Planning. I have worked as an Interior Designer for Over a year.I have strong Communication skills both verbal and written. I am also well Experienced in Drafting , lumion, sketch up, Autodesk maya and V-ray Softwares.
Experince in Interior & Exterior Execution . Well Experience In Site Engineer who has considerable Experience in the Construction field Including Supervision and designing

G.Bakthavatsalam is Amie in Civil Engineering And Special Members American Society of Plumbing Engineers. Bakthavatsalam is basically a Civil Engineer with more than 25 years of combined experience in Plumbing Consultancy, Contracting and allied building trade. In 1982 joined a Dubai based electromechanical company, Emirates Trading Agency, as Tendering and Design Engineer and worked there for 4 years.
