The resident complies fully of Vaastu requirements. Each and every element which was used in this building is the sensitive part because every part in this building was constructed 20 years ago.
The pergola which is seen in the front portico is transformed from the concept of “MOONGIL THINNAI “ and the best part of the entire pergola is that it stands in a single pillar. Since it’s a renovation project more pillars cannot be used.
The staircase which leads to the terrace will have single beam support only.
The sloped roof is a double-height from the massing and has openings for lighting in eave projections.
